Thanks for your interest in Panoramic Network!

In order to use our software with AOL, you will need to log into AOL first, minimize the session and then run the Panoramic Network Software. You should be able to proceed with the ordering process at this point. Some versions of AOL 5.0 and earlier do require a couple of additional configuration considerations. If you experience difficulty sending files, go back to the startup page in our ordering software.

• Click on configure connection.
• On the next page check the box that says, "I use a LAN connection"
• Click on the Proxy Server tab, and check the box that says, " I do not use a Proxy server to connect to the internet".
• Click OK and that should take care of any remaining problems.
