The Panoramic Network WebSite Usage Agreement

You may or may not have already signed the WebSite Usage Agreement below, but if you desire upload images and use our services, it is required and it will be requested of you to do so at the time when you upload images or when you create an account. If you would like to do so now and are logged in, please go to your Customer Details to agree to this information below. You will be presented with a form to click through only one time, and after that your account will be marked verifying that you've agreed to these important policies:

• Panoramic Network respects the copyrights real and implied of photographers and artists. We will not knowingly print or distribute images without the consent of the creator or owner of the copyrights.
• Since Panoramic Network cannot research every image we take as an order, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to insure they have the necessary permissions to print the images they transmit.
• Panoramic Network makes no claim of ownership to any images uploaded to our servers. They are the sole property of the creator/copyright owner.
• I hereby confirm that I am the owner of or am authorized to upload and reproduce the image(s) that I will be electronically transmitting to my album.
• I shall assume all liabilities that may occur, should a claim be brought against Panoramic Network for reproduction of and/or transmitting of these images(s).
• I also realize that in my agreeing to this statement, a digital confirmation of my acceptance will be marked in my account record as verification of my approval of this condition.

Collecting and Using Your Information:

When you sign up for a "giveaway" or send images to be printed, we ask for your name, e-mail address, and residence information for shipping purposes. We store this information, which allows us to register you in the program, create a member profile and provide you with the information and services you request.

When you make an online purchase, the information you provide allows us to process and fulfill your order, and to notify you of your order status. We need to know your name, e-mail address, billing and mailing addresses, which is stored along with a record of the products you purchase. We also need to know your credit card number, expiration date. Once an online order has been confirmed, credit card information and gift recipient information is not reused.

When you enter a sweepstakes or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify the winners.
